Help for onboarding, publishing, and live storefront checks

Use these support resources to get unstuck quickly when you connect Shopify, activate the app embed, configure triggers, or publish a campaign.

Response resources updated: April 1, 2026

Fastest self-serve resources

  • Use the FAQ for common installation, preview, and billing questions.
  • Use the documentation page for the recommended onboarding and publishing sequence.
  • Use the changelog to verify whether a reported issue has already been fixed or changed.

When you need help from the team

When you contact support, include your store domain, the campaign ID if available, the page URL where the issue happened, and a short description of what you expected versus what happened.

For preview and publish issues, include whether the problem appears in the editor preview, the storefront preview, or the live storefront after publish.

What to check before opening a ticket

  • Confirm the Shopify store is connected in Integrations.
  • Confirm the theme app embed is enabled in the current theme.
  • Confirm the campaign is saved and active before testing on the storefront.
  • Confirm targeting or frequency rules are not suppressing the popup on the page you are testing.
