Install and publish CoroBlock on WooCommerce

CoroBlock uses a lightweight WordPress bridge, signed pairing, and the shared storefront runtime. No WooCommerce Consumer Key or Consumer Secret is required for the current integration.

Updated: September 17, 2026

Requirements

  • WordPress 6.3 or newer.
  • PHP 7.4 or newer.
  • HTTPS on the public storefront.
  • WooCommerce installed for WooCommerce campaign use.
  • A CoroBlock account.

1. Install the WordPress plugin

  • In WordPress Admin, upload and activate the CoroBlock plugin.
  • The plugin does not require an Elementor widget or theme edit.
  • The plugin does not query WooCommerce products, orders, carts, or customers during normal storefront requests.

2. Pair the store securely

  • In CoroBlock, open Integrations → WooCommerce.
  • Enter the store's public HTTPS URL and choose Connect in WordPress.
  • CoroBlock opens WordPress Admin → Settings → CoroBlock with a short-lived signed pairing token.
  • Confirm Connect this WordPress site, then return to CoroBlock and verify the connection status.
  • Pairing is domain-bound, short-lived, single-use, and protected against replay.

3. Verify the storefront loader

  • Keep the CoroBlock storefront loader enabled in WordPress.
  • The stable WordPress script handle is coroblock-storefront-loader.
  • The loader is enqueued with WordPress's native script API and defer strategy.
  • Do not intentionally install both the native plugin loader and the legacy manual script embed.

4. Create, preview, and publish

  • Create the campaign in CoroBlock and configure content, targeting, triggers, and frequency.
  • Save before storefront preview.
  • Test product pages, cart, checkout, My Account, and normal content pages if the campaign targets those areas.
  • Publish only after the popup behaves correctly on desktop and mobile.

WooCommerce checkout compatibility

The CoroBlock WordPress bridge does not alter WooCommerce checkout fields, payment-method selection, checkout AJAX, place-order logic, or account lifecycle code. The popup runtime remains isolated from the host page rather than attaching an Elementor-specific renderer.

Disconnect, disable, or uninstall

  • Disconnecting in CoroBlock soft-disconnects the remote platform connection without deleting campaigns.
  • Disabling the loader in WordPress stops frontend enqueue while retaining local connection metadata.
  • Deactivating the plugin removes frontend hooks immediately.
  • Uninstalling removes CoroBlock's local options and does not leave a custom database table, cron job, customer account, or theme modification behind.

Billing on WooCommerce

CoroBlock's product plan model is Free at $0/month and Pro at $29.90/month. The WooCommerce Marketplace channel is not yet charging merchants because Woo's SaaS billing credentials are issued as part of the Marketplace approval process.

When the Woo Marketplace listing is accepted, paid WooCommerce subscriptions will use Woo's approved SaaS billing path rather than Shopify billing or an ad-hoc WordPress payment flow.
