Install and publish CoroBlock on Shopify

Use this sequence for a clean Shopify setup, storefront verification, and paid-plan management.

Updated: September 17, 2026

1. Install and authorize CoroBlock

  • Install CoroBlock on the Shopify store you want to manage.
  • Complete Shopify authorization and return to CoroBlock.
  • Open Integrations and verify the connected myshopify.com domain is the intended store.

2. Enable the theme app embed

  • From CoroBlock, open the Shopify theme editor for the connected store.
  • Open App embeds in the active theme and enable CoroBlock.
  • Save the theme change before returning to CoroBlock.
  • Do not add a second manual loader script when the app embed is already enabled.

3. Create and configure a campaign

  • Start from AI, a template, or a blank campaign.
  • Configure content, forms, steps, targeting, trigger timing, device rules, and frequency.
  • Save before opening storefront preview.

4. Preview the real storefront

  • Test on the actual storefront page where the campaign should appear.
  • Test desktop and mobile behavior, including open, close, overlay, ESC where applicable, and multi-step interactions.
  • If the popup does not appear, check campaign active state, app embed, URL targeting, device targeting, frequency, and trigger conditions.

5. Publish and monitor

  • Publish only after storefront preview behaves as expected.
  • Avoid editing the theme to hard-code CoroBlock scripts unless support specifically instructs you to use the manual fallback.
  • If behavior changes after a theme switch, confirm the app embed is enabled in the newly active theme.

Billing on Shopify

CoroBlock currently offers Free at $0/month and Pro at $29.90/month. Free includes up to 10,000 popup views per month and one active campaign. Pro removes those hard limits.

Paid Shopify subscriptions are managed through Shopify Managed App Pricing. CoroBlock does not silently create a paid subscription; the merchant approves the plan in Shopify.
